How we quote
Rates depend on usage rights, crew size, and deliverable count—not a one-size grid on a PDF. Send your timeline, shot list or storyboard, and where assets will appear (web only, regional OOH, etc.). We reply with a line-item estimate within two business days.
Half-day & full-day
Photography is typically booked in half or full studio or location days. Video adds equipment and post hours— we bundle a realistic edit window so you’re not surprised after the shoot.
Rush & travel
Turnarounds under five business days may incur rush fees. Travel outside greater Nashville is billed at IRS mileage plus lodging when overnight stays are required.
